How do I book a service?
You can book directly on our website at northernguys.ca using our fast online form. Or call us at 905-955-8152 to speak with our team.
Do you work in the rain or bad weather?
We monitor weather conditions closely. Light rain may not affect certain services, but we’ll reschedule if it’s unsafe or if quality could be compromised (e.g. heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures).
Is there a minimum charge for service?
Yes, our minimum service charge is $250 per visit. This ensures we can allocate the time, equipment, and resources needed to provide professional, high-quality results.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work with a touch-Up guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix the issue at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and any necessary instructions, we can complete most exterior jobs while you're away. We'll send updates and photos if requested.

Are you insured?
Yes, Northern Guys Home Detailing is fully insured for residential and light commercial work. We prioritize safety and professionalism on every job.
Can I combine services for a better rate?
Absolutely! Bundling services like window cleaning and gutter cleaning can help save time and in many cases, we offer package pricing for multi-service bookings. Ask us when booking!
Do you bring your own water or use the client's water for Pressure and house washing?
For home washing and pressure washing services, we use the client’s outdoor water supply. Please ensure your exterior tap is turned on and accessible on the day of service. If access to water is not available, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer any discounts or promotional offers?
Yes, we occasionally offer seasonal promotions, discounts for first-time customers, exclusive flat rate pricing and special rates for bundled services. Be sure to check our website regularly or contact us directly to learn about our current offers. Only one discount can be claimed at a time.
