At Nørthern Guys Home Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our service, we want to make it right.

We do not typically offer monetary refunds, as our commitment is to deliver the quality you expect. Instead, if you are unhappy with any part of the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the job completion and we will promptly schedule a return visit to address the issue at no additional cost.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved through a return visit or if services were not performed as agreed in writing.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@northernguys.ca and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Touch-Up Policy
At Nørthern Guys Home Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality results with every service. However, we understand that sometimes small details may be missed. That’s why we offer a touch-up guarantee for all of our services.
If you notice any missed spots or areas that need further attention after we’ve completed the job, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to provide a complimentary touch-up no questions asked.
What qualifies for a touch-up:

Missed sections in window cleaning (e.g. streaks, corners)

Incomplete gutter or eaves cleaning

Areas on siding, trim, or walkways that were not properly cleaned

Any spots that clearly fall within the scope of your original service
What does not qualify:

New debris or dirt that appeared after the cleaning (due to weather or external factors)

Services or areas not included in the original quote or booking

Situations where access to certain areas was restricted or unsafe at the time of cleaning
We’re committed to making sure your home looks its best. Our goal is to leave you fully satisfied and we’re happy to return for a touch-up when needed.
