Welcome to Nørthern Guys Home Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer residential and light commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

  • Window Cleaning

  • Home Washing

  • Eaves Cleaning

  • Pressure Washing

  • Eavestrough Whitening

Services are provided as quoted or listed on our website and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Minimum Service Charge

Nørthern Guys Home Detailing maintains a minimum service charge of $250 per visit.

This means that:

  • The total cost of booked services must meet or exceed $250

  • If your requested service total falls below $250, a base charge will be applied to meet the minimum

  • This policy helps ensure we can maintain the quality, time, and resources required for every job

Appointments & Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or our website.

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other service delays.

  • We may reschedule your appointment due to unsafe working conditions (e.g., heavy rain, icy surfaces, or blocked access).

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear, safe access to all areas being cleaned

  • Secure pets and valuables during the appointment

  • Notify us of any fragile or damaged surfaces before work begins

  • Ensure all windows are properly closed before exterior washing

Satisfaction Guarantee / Touch-Up Policy

We strive to do the job right the first time. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will return for a free touch-up or correction, where applicable

  • This does not apply to new debris, weather related dirt, or pre-existing damage

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee

  • If we arrive on-site and cannot complete the work due to no access or unsafe conditions, a $75 service fee will apply

Liability Disclaimer

Nørthern Guys Home Detailing is fully insured and takes great care in providing safe, professional service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to areas that are already cracked, weakened, or improperly sealed

  • Leaks from improperly sealed windows or rooflines during washing

  • Pre-existing mold, oxidation, or staining that cannot be fully removed

We are not responsible for weather-related damage or new dirt that appears after service completion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered if:

  • A touch-up visit cannot resolve the issue

  • Services were not provided as agreed

  • A written request is submitted to hello@northernguys.ca

All refunds are reviewed case by case.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for reasons including:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior

  • Inaccurate or misleading service requests
